Welcome to 791_SEQUENCE (791sequence.com). By accessing our website, purchasing our goods, or engaging with our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and policies ("Terms of Service"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Acceptance: By purchasing from 791_SEQUENCE, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
Right of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason at any time.
Pricing & Modifications: All product prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. PRODUCTS, FITMENT & HARDWARE DISCLAIMERS

Visual Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, finishes, and physical details of our timepieces and accessories as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor settings and lighting.
Watch Sizing: All metal link timepieces arrive in standard full-length wrist sizes out of the box.
Adjustment Tools: Watch link removal and sizing tools are not included with purchase. Adjusting the metal band is the customer's responsibility. Any damage caused during DIY link removal, resizing, or alteration voids return eligibility and warranty coverage.

3. ORDERS, BILLING & LIMITED DROPS

Order Limits: Due to the limited nature of our product runs and custom packaging releases, we reserve the right to limit quantity purchases per person, per household, or per order.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, and shipping details for all transactions made at our store.
Cancellations: Orders enter fulfillment processing quickly. Once an order is placed, requests for cancellation are not guaranteed and must be submitted immediately to 791sequence@gmail.com.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Address Accuracy: 791_SEQUENCE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided shipping addresses. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
Transit Delays & Lost Packages: Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), tracking progress is managed by the carrier. While we will assist in locating delayed shipments, 791_SEQUENCE is not directly liable for carrier-induced delays or stolen packages marked as delivered.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND RIGHTS

All original branding, graphics, product photography, noir dossier copy, riddles, custom box art, and logo assets associated with 791_SEQUENCE are the exclusive property of 791_SEQUENCE. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our brand content is strictly prohibited.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall 791_SEQUENCE, its founder, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to improper handling, unauthorized hardware modification, or everyday wear and tear.
