At 791_SEQUENCE, every order is processed and packaged with custom care. We ensure your items are securely inspected and prepped for the journey before hitting the logistics stream.

1. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 1–3 business days.

  • Order Tracking: Once your package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL), you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your direct tracking number.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Domestic Shipping (US): Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Fulfillment Hubs: Depending on inventory levels and order volume, items may dispatch directly from our local workshop or our primary distribution partner to ensure you receive your gear as quickly as possible.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service level. Any applicable promotional rates (such as free shipping thresholds) will automatically apply at checkout.

4. ADDRESS ACCURACY & TRANSIT ISSUES

  • Shipping Address: Please verify your shipping details before submitting your order. 791_SEQUENCE is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • Delayed or Lost Packages: Once an item is scanned into the carrier's network, transit speed is managed by the shipping provider. If your tracking indicates a delay or shows marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please reach out to 791sequence@gmail.com so we can help track it down.
