We want you to love your custom saber.and apparel Because our items feature sensitive, high-grade electronics and are configured to order, please review our policy on returns and refunds below.

🛑 Order Cancellations

Window: You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

After 24 Hours: Once an order moves past this window, it is automatically forwarded to our manufacturing partner to begin processing and custom assembly. At this stage, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

🔧 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Every saber undergoes a quality inspection before shipment. However, if your item arrives with a functional defect or mechanical issue:

Reporting Window: Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

Requirements: Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and a short video demonstrating the problem (e.g., soundboard issues, LED defects, or charging failures).

Resolution: If a genuine manufacturer defect is verified, we will coordinate with our supplier to provide a replacement part, a repair core, or a full exchange at no additional cost to you.

📦 Change-of-Mind Returns

Because our sabers are specialized hobby collectibles built and shipped directly from the manufacturer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyers' remorse or change-of-mind once the item has shipped.

Please ensure you have reviewed the technical specifications (Baselit vs. Pixel cores, hilt dimensions, and features) carefully before completing your purchase.

 

We stand behind the quality of our products at 791_sequence. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer the following:

  • Order Cancellations: You may request a full refund for any order cancellation, provided the request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before the item has been processed for shipment.
  • Returns: We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns are eligible for a 75% refund of the original purchase price. This policy helps us cover the logistical costs of international transit and restocking.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the packaging. We will prioritize your case to ensure a quick resolution, whether that be a replacement or a refund."

Section X — 1-Year Limited Warranty (Shipping & Manufacturing Defects)

At 791_SEQUENCE, we build our products for peak performance and stand by their quality. We are proud to offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, ensuring your gear arrives safely and operates exactly as intended out of the box.

1. Scope of Coverage

This 1-Year warranty applies strictly to:

  • Physical damage sustained directly during transit (e.g., shattered components, cracked housing, or hardware damage caused by shipping impact).
  • Inherent manufacturing defects or internal component failures present prior to shipping that prevent the product from functioning correctly.

2. Strict Exclusions (User Error & Misuse)

To protect our brand from fraudulent claims, this warranty does not cover, and 791_SEQUENCE is not liable for, any damage resulting from user error, accidental damage, or alteration after delivery. Non-warranted exclusions include, but are not limited to:

  • Accidental drops, structural impacts, or physical damage sustained during your own handling, assembly, or use.
  • Electronic damage, blown components, or board failures caused by improper battery installation, unauthorized firmware updates, or using unapproved charging cables/voltage.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear, scratches, or finish degradation resulting from normal use, tactical sparring, or staging.
  • Exposure to water, moisture, extreme temperatures, or improper storage conditions.

3. How to File a Claim

If your product arrives damaged from transit, you must report it within 48 hours of the carrier's marked delivery time to qualify for an immediate replacement. For internal manufacturing defects discovered later, claims must be filed within the 1-year coverage window.

  1. Email support at 791sequence@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Provide clear, unaltered photographic or video evidence demonstrating the issue. For shipping damage claims, you must also include photos of the shipping box/packaging it arrived in.

Claims for physical damage filed outside the initial delivery window, or items showing clear signs of user-inflicted impact or modification, will be interpreted as user-handling error and will be strictly denied.
